ALL GUESTS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO MAKE A PURCHASE:

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Tangle & Verse are non-refundable. Due to the exclusive and pre-arranged nature of our curated experiences, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes once a reservation is confirmed.

2. Pickup and Drop-off Locations

Pickup and drop-off locations will be shared via email in advance of your scheduled event date. These details are subject to change based on logistics and will be communicated in a timely manner.

3. Contact Information and Acknowledgement by All Guests

It is required that both individuals in a party (e.g., couples or pairs) provide full contact information at the time of booking. A digital Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver will be emailed to each named participant, and both parties must sign and return this document prior to the experience. Access to transportation and services may be denied if completed waivers are not received.

4. Liability and Waiver of Responsibility

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Tangle & Verse is not liable      for any personal injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience incurred      before, during, or after your experience.
• Tangle & Verse does not own or operate the third-party livery/transportation services or any museums, properties, or venues featured in our curated experiences. As such, we are not responsible for any incidents related to transportation or venue access, including but not limited to trip-and-fall accidents, vehicular issues, lost or stolen items, or delays, nor are we liable for any changes in venue availability, closures, or operational decisions made by partner locations.

5. Luggage and Personal Item Policy

Please note that our transportation vehicle is not equipped to accommodate luggage or oversized items. For the comfort and safety of all guests, each individual is permitted one carry-on sized item, not to exceed 22" x 14" x 9", which must fit comfortably on your lap. Additional bags or items will not be allowed onboard.

6. Tanglewood Shuttle Timing

All Tanglewood events require guests to be ready for shuttle pickup 1.5 to 2 hours prior to the concert start time. Final pickup times and designated locations will be confirmed and emailed in the days leading up to your scheduled experience. Please plan accordingly to ensure timely arrival.

7. Age Requirement

All Tangle & Verse experiences are reserved for guests aged 18 and older. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate minors at this time.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and that all participating guests listed in the reservation will receive and sign the accompanying Liability Waiver.
