Tangle & Verse is a boutique cultural tour company based in Berkshire County, MA. We curate intimate experiences—from exclusive tours with local museums, artists, chefs, and curators, or turnkey luxury shuttle and picnic services to Tanglewood concerts. Our goal is to help you experience the Berkshires like an insider. 

Our luxury shuttle packages include round-trip transportation to Tanglewood, private parking steps from the Shed, and seating limited to 12 guests per evening. You can choose from Shuttle-Only, BYO Picnic, or a Curated Picnic experience. You’ll also have access to the vehicle all evening long should you have a need to escape the crowds or wait out a rain delay. 

All pick-ups and schedules are customized for each event. You’ll receive exact pick-up details your Email Reminders before your scheduled experience. All pickup locations will either be on public streets where you can access free parking, or at a Partner locations, such as a local high school, restaurant, or inn. 

Please note that our transportation vehicle is not equipped to accommodate luggage or oversized items. For the comfort and safety of all guests, each individual is permitted one carry-on sized item only, which is not to exceed 22" x 14" x 9", and must fit comfortably on your lap. Additional bags or items will not be allowed onboard.

Only if you have purchased our BYO Food & Drink Picnic option can you bring your own picnic items. Our Luxury Tanglewood Shuttle does NOT have room for any picnic items, picnic chairs, or baskets that are not provided by Tangle & Verse. For the comfort and safety of all guests riding in the luxury shuttle, each individual is permitted one carry-on sized item only, which is not to exceed 22" x 14" x 9", and must fit comfortably on your lap. Additional bags or items will not be allowed onboard.

All experiences run rain or shine. We provide quality rain gear to our guests who purchase our picnic packages, such as umbrellas, parkas, and a waterproof blanket-that-doubles-as-a-tarp to keep the magic alive, regardless of the weather. Plus, Tangle & Verse guests are welcome to return to the vehicle at any time to wait out a rain delay or to simply seek a moment of respite.  

Expect a thoughtfully arranged basket with locally sourced favorites—artisanal cheeses, seasonal fruits, baked goods, and a few surprises. Our partners include some of the Berkshires’ most sought-after culinary names. 

We keep it intimate—just 12 guests per shuttle or tour experience. It’s part of what makes our offerings so memorable and exclusive. 

All Tangle & Verse events and services are limited to guests over the age of 18.
